We met Corey and Charles through our local Camera Club here in Warrenton, Virginia. They are some of the nicest people, and Corey is a wonderful photographer herself!
We were thrilled and honored when they asked us to photograph their wedding. It was a beautiful, heart felt ceremony, and lots of love going around as two families were coming together as one.

This one year old photo session was so much fun! His parents are big Yankee's baseball fans, and so, they chose to do his one year photo session outside at a baseball field! Cake smash followed the fun baseball pictures. We were all laughing and having a great time! I absolutely loved that we went to the ball field. Our youngest just finished his high school years playing baseball, and we surely missed getting those great baseball pictures. So, this helped ease our transition. I hope we get more of these in the future!

This couple are very special to Dave and I. We have known them quite a few years ("since they were "kids"), and have enjoyed photographing their family in that time. They are the sweetest people, and family is very important to them.
We were so happy that they trusted us for this very special occasion, and did we ever enjoy the day! The weather was perfect for their outdoor countryside wedding and barn reception.
As I post this blog they are celebrating their first anniversary!

Last summer we got to photograph this wonderful family at a local park. We also found out that this family live in our neighborhood! Small world! They were so much fun, and their boys were a blast. Each one of them plays sports, so after the family portraits the boys got into their gear and we got some fun shots! Yes, we love photographing kids playing their sports!

We absolutely enjoy photographing high school seniors, and especially since we have known them since they were very little! Such is the case with this guy! His high school senior photo session took place at his home. That made it even more special!

This little newborn decided to make his appearance a little early. After getting a little bigger his parents came to our studio for his newborn portraits. What a sweet family, and we are so glad to see that this little guy was doing great! We took our time with his newborn session, and it was such a relaxing and fun session. He is just adorable!

It is that time of the year again, and we are currently taking bookings for our exclusive one of a kind Santa photo sessions! Spaces are limited and if you are interested we encourage you to get in touch soon. Spots fill up fast!
This will be our second year offering these sessions, and they are so much fun. Kids get to spend some quality time with Santa as they share with him what they would like to have for Christmas. No standing in line to get a 5 minute photo with Santa. We allow 30 minutes for children to have their special time with Santa. As the kids play, sing songs, and have a look into Santa's magical gift bag we are capturing all of these precious moments that you will cherish for a lifetime.
This year we are very excited to have Warrenton Santa join us in the studio for these very unique and fun portrait sessions. He was also featured in Piedmont Lifestyle Magazine last year!
Why are we booking so early? you may be wondering about this. It takes a lot of planning to set up the design, the studio, and plan the sessions. We like to give parents time to find that special outfit for their children's portrait session with Santa. We are here to offer suggestions as well if you would like to get in touch.

We absolutely love photographing newborns and especially when they are first time parents. I love talking with the family and sometimes offer a little bit of new baby advice. The birth of a baby is very special whether it is the first or the last in the family. We love them all!
